When dispensed from the tube, it is a liquid that swiftly turns to a rubber-like consistency when exposed to air.
HOW TO APPLY
Draw a tiny line along the base of the artificial lashes. (Never apply directly to the eyelids.) Wait 30 seconds, or until it feels sticky. During this time, stretch the lash by both ends of the base strip, forming a horseshoe shape (this shapes the base strip to suit your eyelid easily and pleasantly). Press the lash ends into place, close to the base of your natural lashes. To firmly bind the lash, carefully press the lash strip from one end to the other until the glue is dry.
