The music pauses, fear sets in, and before you know it, the party mood that you spent so much time perfecting is gone, along with the halo eye you worked so hard to create. When applying false eyelashes, there are a lot of variables to consider. These include the shape of your eyes, the method you use to remove the lashes from their box (please, never just pull them out), and that’s without even talking about cutting and applying adhesive.

Take into Account the Contour of your Eyes.

Trim Lashes to Fit – If you must trim your lashes to make them fit properly, always cut at the vein rather than cutting through the lashes. Start at the outside edge.
Prevent Lash Pop – when applying lashes, they can occasionally pop up at the inner or outer corners because they flattened when they were in the box. Isn’t that annoying? In order to prevent this, roll your lashes around your finger, a cosmetic brush, a pen, or a cotton bud, then let them sit for a minute. This will help the lashes maintain their natural curl.
